| The Renesas SH7780SDK development kit containing the EDOSK7780 processor board and expansion baseboard is a low-cost evaluation kit for the high performance SH7780 SH4A-based processor.
The processor board has
the following features:
• 400MHz CPU clock
• 64Mb NAND Flash
• 128Mb NOR Flash
• 128Mb DDR-SDRAM
• 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet
• 2 Serial communication ports - up to 115200bps
• MMC interface
• 8 User defined LED’s
In addition the baseboard provides expansion features:
• Four 3.3V only PCI slots
• ATA/ATAPI standard 40-way interface connector
• AC’97 CODEC interface, with I/O connected to 2 stacked audio connectors
• Standard ATX power supply connection
The SH7780SDK Linux Board Support Package supports the following features:
• Ethernet
• Serial
• IDE/ATAPI
• PCI support
• USB host (on PCI)
• Graphics Framebuffer (using ATI Rage on PCI)
• USB keyboard and mouse
Additionally:
• A GPL RT61_Linux_STA_Drv1.1.0.0 - Linux driver for RT61 PCI WiFi card is included which will work with the BSP.
Note:
Support for MMC and AC’97 audio CODEC is in development.
